Blagojevich Slated for Celebrity Show

Fundraiser TrialThe public relations team for disgraced Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich confirmed today that he will be appearing on a new celebrity reality show this summer. “It’s called ‘Outhouse Roundabout’, said Phyllis Corker, of PR firm Jennis-Winde, and it looks like it will be a hit”. She went on to say that in each episode several has -been celebrities will be lowered into outhouses in foreign locales. “We’re starting in Australia, said program director Haines Wilfrey, cause it’s you know….. down under, get it? And anyway the bozos out in TV land just love those cutaway shots of blue skies and unpolluted beaches”. Asked about the format of the program, Wilfrey described the proposed scenario. “Each celebrity contestant will be issued a plastic bucket and a hard hat. We figure two or three of the celebs down in the hole, and the idea is for each one to catch the most you-know-what in their bucket as it falls from above. Our ‘turd cams’ will pick up all the action as the contestants push and shove to get their buckets into position.” He added that the “depositors” seated above the action will be culled from thousands of internet entries from all over the U.S. “We’ll fly the winners down to Aussie land and feed ’em the local food. Shouldn’t take long for the action to start.” Reached by phone for comment, ex-Governor Blagovech said he was looking forward to participating. “I’ve been sh**ing all over my constituents for years, he said, and I’ve always wondered what it would be like to be on the receiving end for once.”  Blagojevich will need approval from the judge handling his upcoming corruption trial in order to leave the USA for the filming of the program.
