Making the rounds of the usual TV talk shows, Newt Gingrich, former Republican House Minority Whip, blasted President Obama’s foreign policy as “fantasy”. During an appearance on Fox News the corpulent pundit expanded on his theme. “You can’t go around talking to your enemies, everyone knows that. Foreign policy is just like marriage. If you have a disagreement with your spouse do you sit down and talk it out? Of course not! You threaten to stomp her face in and then ignore her and sooner or later she’ll mend her ways. Anything else is fantasy” Asked about Obama’s response to North Korea’s recent missile launch, Gingrich’s face darkened. “That’s what I’m talking about. The president scolded that Asian troll for ‘breaking the rules’ . Is he hoping Kim Jung Il will knuckle under to bad language? That’s fantasy. Obama should have activated our quantam wormhole death ray satellite before the launch. He could have shot the damn missile down and then stormed the beaches with our multi purpose hybrid flying porpoise brigade, leading the charge with his teleportation modulated cuff links. Frankly, our president is living in a fantasy world.”
